Meeting Logistics

Conference registration will be open beginning at 12:00 noon CDT (UTC-5h) on April 9, 2018, at the Expo Registration Desk on the first floor of the Moody Gardens Hotel and Convention Center. There will be signs pointing the way and you can also ask any of the Moody Gardens staff where the Expo Registration Desk is.

 

Please note that you will still need to check in to your room at the hotel’s front desk, either before or after you check in for the conference.

 

All conference activities will take place on premises at the Moody Gardens Hotel and Convention Center.
